🎵 Kuma Sagar & The Khwopa are a fusion band dedicated to sharing Nepal's rich musical heritage by blending traditional rhythms with modern sounds. Their music honors the depth and vibrant spirit of Nepalese culture, delivering a fresh, engaging experience for contemporary audiences. This year, the group is performing in North Carolina for Indra Jatra, one of Nepal's most dynamic festivals. The celebration offers the local Nepalese community a chance to reconnect with the music, traditions, and memories of home. Beyond the festivities, this event also supports relief efforts for the recent floods in Nepal, with proceeds contributing directly to the Nepal PM Flood Fund.
